It is very convenient, and easily accessible from anywhere outside of Brisbane. The small class size is perfect for those who are keen to learn. Lecturers and support staff are student oriented, and understand the needs of the students. The $A1,000 high distinction bursary award was a big encouragement. Being a HD winner, I felt a great sense of achievement. The trimester system is excellent. I was able to complete my degree within two years instead of the normal duration of three years.” |

Since day one, I was treated like an old employee and included in all key meetings and discussions regarding the organisation. The university provides a perfect environment and facilities for studies and related research. I must give credit to my lecturers whose excellent teaching and guidance, made my achievement possible. I always found all my friends standing by me and I always got full cooperation from them. I have a goal in life, of excelling in everything I do. Here, I was able to gain experience within the hospitality industry such as Hilton Hotel in Brisbane. After completing my Diploma, I headed on to JCU Brisbane to continue my studies in hospitality. I am enjoying my studies at JCU Brisbane. The university’s academic and administration staff have been very supportive. Social events are often organised to get the students together. As an international student, this is a great opportunity to meet lots of people.” |
